by Gwenn Bonnell A few weeks ago, I was talking with a colleague and she asked me if I knew about Theta Healing? Now, I knew that “theta” was a brainwave frequency, but I didn’t know how it was involved in any healing method. So I googled “theta healing” and found it quite interesting. Less than 2 hours later, I joined a few friends of mine for dinner. Imagine my surprise when one of my friends came in and told us she had just taken a Theta Level 1 & 2 training the previous weekend! She told me, “Gwenn, you have got to take this training, it will fit in so well with your EFT practice!” Well all-righty then! I went home and found a Theta Healing training being held on April 11, 12 & 13th right in my neighborhood! If you are not familiar with Theta Healing, check out the following YouTube videos.
